Why does this matter? It means that our firm follows a strict Code of Conduct that ensures you as our client are financially protected, there’s a formal route in place should you need to submit a complaint, and that we’re held accountable by the Solicitors Authority. Giving you peace of mind you’ll be treated correctly, and fairly.

Yes, if you would prefer to speak our team remotely, we can arrange a virtual meeting via Microsoft Teams. Although we recommend a face-to-face consultation with one of our lawyers, we understand individual circumstances perhaps cannot accommodate, and so we will do our best to tailor appointments to your preferred requirements.
If you would like to arrange a virtual appointment, please contact our team either via email enquiries@kjsmith.co.uk or by phone on 01865 703000.
