The 10% discount applies to our standard legal fees for eligible services across Family Law and Private Client (Wills, Trusts & Probate). This means the discount is applied to our professional fees, not court fees, disbursements, or third-party costs.

We usually ask for one form of official identification confirming current or former service. This could include an ID card, payslip, pension statement, or other formal proof of employment or service status.

The discount is available to both currently serving and former personnel from the NHS, Police, Armed Forces and other eligible 999 services [subject to eligibility verification].

The discount applies to standard professional fees but does not apply to:

Court fees and external disbursements (e.g. barristers, process servers)
Government or registry charges (e.g. HMCTS court fees, Probate Registry fees, Land Registry fees)
Certain fixed-fee or promotional packages where a discount has already been applied

Some costs are set externally (such as court fees), and some services are already priced at tightly controlled or reduced rates.
