Enhanced contribution pension scheme
We operate a competitive employee contribution pension scheme, with matched contributions increasing at two years and at five years’ service.
Opportunities to support your local community
Our teams support local charities, or organisations that are close to their hearts. We have been involved in some amazing projects, including donations to online theatre productions, Christmas wish-lists and laptop donations to local schools.
We understand that you are more than your job title. You have a life outside of work that is equally important. We’re committed to flexible working and hybrid working so that the talented people who work for us can maintain a healthy work-life balance.
All of our qualified solicitors may split their time between the office and remote working. All that we ask is that you have an open and honest conversation to agree your arrangements with the rest of the team.
We accommodate flexible working requests and it’s part of our culture to sustain our caring and collaborative work environment. During your interview, please speak openly with us about your needs and aspirations on flexible working arrangements.
We’re recognised by the Legal 500 as a Leading Firm in a number of practice areas. That means that an external, objective body has scrutinised our competency and client reviews, and found us to be one of the top family law practices in the UK.
Our lawyers are members of Resolution, so we are committed to a Code of Practice which promotes a constructive approach to family issues that considers the needs of the whole family.
