We run workshops, which are free of charge to all existing clients.

Our ‘Figuring out Family’ workshops are run by a professional coach, Storm Copestake from Bright Minds Kids’ Life Coaching. They’re group sessions for parents and children aged 6-9 (morning sessions) and 10-13 (afternoon sessions).

During the sessions, the children will have a safe and confidential environment to talk about their feelings around divorce and changes to their family.

We talk through their questions, and give the children practical skills and tools to handle their feelings.
