Sophie is a Solicitor based at our Beaconsfield office and works closely with Partner Laura Gusatu. Sophie has worked in family law since 2020 and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2021. Sophie is also a member of Resolution.
Sophie advises on all areas of family law and has gained a wealth of experience dealing with a wide variety of work, including divorce, financial proceedings, private law child arrangements, and cases with a domestic abuse element. She encourages parties in reaching a fair and reasonable settlement out of court where possible; however, she is comfortable handling court proceedings. Sophie has experience in matters that have progressed to multiple-day hearings, including Final Hearings and Fact-Finding Hearings in Child Arrangements Proceedings.
Q: What is something completely random about yourself that your colleagues wouldn’t know?
A: There is not much my colleagues don't know about me.. I'm a pretty open book. Maybe that I carried the Paralympic torch in 2012?
