Saira is a Solicitor based in our Petersfield office, where she supports our Family Law Team and has had extensive experience assisting in Estate Planning & Wealth Management. Her work spans a wide range of matters, specifically including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and injunctions.
She plays a key role in ensuring cases progress efficiently and cost-effectively. From drafting correspondence to preparing court documents, Saira handles the essential groundwork that keeps things running smoothly. She also takes the time to guide clients through the legal process, helping them feel informed and reassured every step of the way.
When it comes to court proceedings, Saira ensures everything is in order to a high standard. She also regularly attends hearings alongside clients, offering both practical support and a reassuring presence during what can often be a stressful time

Q: Outside of work, what are your hobbies and interests?
A: I enjoy strength and conditioning, fitness, and walking in nature with my dog. My latest hobby is learning to knit.

A: The power of persuasion and the concept of assisting, guiding, and advising clients through a journey from point A to B.

A: A rubber band ball, I started creating in 2022.
