Russell joined our KJS team in November 2024 as an HR advisor based in our Southampton office. After completing his CIPD Level 7 during Covid, Russell has gained a wealth of knowledge which he implements each day with our staff. Russell enjoys the human interaction HR offers, including conversing with different people and building relationships.
He has a strong passion for understanding and developing not only himself but the people he works with. Russell undertakes a wide range of tasks, including absence, liaising with staff across all 12 offices, and reviewing new initiatives to better empower our teams.
Russell works alongside our HR administrator; together they create cohesion across all policies, ensuring they are available for staff and easy to interpret, allowing all staff to be well informed.
As a workplace, providing our staff with the support and guidance they need, not just at work but in their personal lives, is a top priority, which Russell implements the skills he has acquired to make staff feel supported and uplifted.
Q: Who would be your dream dinner party guests, and why?
A: Arsene Wenger, Jack White, George RR Martin - all very influential on my childhood/adulthood.

A: Mad Men
Q: What is something completely random about yourself that your colleagues wouldn’t know?
A: I have climbed to the peak of Snowdon, Ben Nevis, and Scafell Pike
