Olivia is a Paralegal based in our Basingstoke office.
She joined KJ Smith Solicitors in March 2026 and supports the team across a range of family law matters, assisting with case preparation and client care. This can be via drafting forms, preparing court documents and taking updating instructions from clients.
Olivia studied Law at Swansea University, achieving a First Class Honours. During her time at University, Olivia furthered her experience through volunteer work at various firms, as well as completing a mini pupillage.
Since graduating in 2024, Olivia has worked as a paralegal assisting with private family and childcare matters. Olivia is dedicated to furthering her ambition of practicing as a solicitor in family law. At K J Smith, Olivia plays an important role in ensuring matters run smoothly and is committed to providing a professional and approachable service. Olivia strives to ensure that clients feel both comfortable and supported through the process, understanding that family matters should be approached with sensitivity and care.
In Olivia’s spare time, she enjoys playing with her dogs Daisy and Bella, the odd pub quiz and increasing her ever-growing record collection.
