Lydia is a Solicitor and works on a vast array of Family Law cases. She works closely with Robyn Bowyer, our Head of the Southampton office.
Lydia has already accumulated significant experience in Family Law, as she volunteered at the Family Law Clinic at her university. She worked for clients pro bono so that anyone who walked through the doors would have access to justice without having to pay legal fees. In her volunteering role, Lydia often acted as the first port of call to people who needed urgent initial advice.
At KJ Smith, Lydia supports clients who are going through relationship breakdown and other testing family issues. She is meticulous on the legal side and empathetic when it comes to clients. She helps our clients’ cases to resolve cost-effectively and expeditiously, whether that is through settlement or with the intervention of a court hearing.
Q: Outside of work, what are your hobbies and interests?
A: Running

A: That plant the Robyn and I cannot seem to keep alive!
