Laura is a Senior Solicitor in the St Albans office. She advises on all areas of relationship breakdown, including divorce and separation, child issues, cohabitation disputes, nuptial agreements and financial claims. She spent 3 years at a magic circle firm before training and qualifying into the family team at a tier 1 media firm advising clients from the music, sport and entertainment industry. She then spent 7 years in the family team of a London firm before joining KJ Smith.
Laura advises on private and international children law, as well as specialising in the area of surrogacy and has acted for parties at final hearings on applications for parental orders in the High Court.
Laura is a member of Resolution.
