Kyle is a Solicitor based in the firm’s Newbury office, specialising in family law and supporting clients through a wide range of family matters.
He primarily advises private individuals on issues arising from relationship breakdown, including divorce, financial settlements, unmarried separation, child arrangements, and property ownership disputes. Since joining KJ Smith Solicitors in 2026, Kyle has been dedicated to providing clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s individual circumstances.
