Kim is based primarily at our Henley Office but frequently visits the firm's other offices to provide administrative support and assistance to the teams.
Since leaving school with various secretarial and business qualifications (RSA and Pitmans), administrative NVQs and Advanced Business GNVQ, Kim has always worked in office environments, providing secretarial and administrative support to senior staff and management as well as overseeing day-to-day office administration.
Kim began working for Kerry Smith in 2003 as her legal secretary and was the very first employee to be taken on at K J Smith Solicitors in 2009.
In addition to her duties as Deputy Compliance and Complaints Officer, reporting to the firm’s COLP, COFA, MLCO, and Complaints Manager, she also provides daily operational and administrative support to the Directors, Partners, and staff alike.
Kim has a good general understanding of family law and private client work and often steps in to assist with client matters as required.
