Jessica is a Trainee Solicitor in our family law team in Winchester.
She helps clients in all areas of family law, including divorce and separation, child arrangements, and cases involving domestic abuse. She prepares applications for the courts, drafts letters to clients and the other side, and prepares bundles for upcoming hearings.
Jessica gained experience with us at KJ Smith as a paralegal before starting her training contract. She learned the ropes of court procedure and learned some of the nuances of family law. Now she is a confident trainee who keeps cases moving forward for her clients.
As a client, you’ll work closely with Jessica, and she’ll make sure that you’re always kept up to date with the progress of your matter. She’s very organised, and she’ll give you the clarity you need about what’s happening next, and what timescales to expect.
