Holly is a legal secretary in our Private Client Team.
She’s usually the first point of contact for new clients, and she helps you through the onboarding process. Holly makes sure we have the documents we need from you to set you up as a client, and she gives you all the information you need at the start of the relationship with us.
Holly will often be the person on the end of the phone if you have questions about how your matter is progressing, and she keeps you updated with various milestones. She helps you stay informed and in control at every step of the way.
Holly is very organised and has a great eye for detail. Nothing slips through the net with Holly, and she helps keep your case running smoothly and efficiently.
Q: What’s the most interesting item on your desk right now?
A: I like things tidy, so my desk is very clear.
Q: Outside of work, what are your hobbies and interests?
A: I like spending time with my family. Quality family time is really important to me.
Q: What TV shows are you enjoying at the moment?
A: Anything crime-related or detective documentaries.
