Gavin is the IT whizz of the firm. He answers day-to-day questions from colleagues when they run into IT issues, and manages to fix them promptly. Our colleagues know that if their computer is playing up for whatever reason, Gavin will sort it out for them.
Gavin also maintains the overall operation of the business across each office. That includes installing new programmes and delivering major IT upgrades. Often these tasks have to happen out of hours, and we’re grateful that Gavin works flexibly to make sure upgrades can happen with minimal disruption to the business.
As you’d imagine, Gavin is an excellent problem-solver. He’s patient and level-headed and can either find a direct fix or a lateral way around an issue.
Gavin keeps the firm running smoothly, so that client matters can progress without a glitch.
