Faizah is a Senior Solicitor based at our Basingstoke office. She completed her Law Degree at Queen Mary University before going on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.
Faizah completed her training in Kent and has been working in the field of family law ever since. She is experienced in all areas of family law with particular emphasis on childcare matters concerning Residence and Contact. She can assist with respect to residence, contact, and disputes concerning relocation with the children, both within the UK and abroad.
She also has detailed knowledge concerning injunctive proceedings, including obtaining Non Molestation Orders and matters arising from a history of domestic abuse.
Faizah has been praised by clients for her empathetic and constructive approach to matters. She is dedicated to obtaining the best possible outcome as swiftly as possible.
