Eva specialises in complex Children Act proceedings concerning parents’ contact, parental alienation, domestic abuse, and orders preventing parents from removing children from the jurisdiction.
Working previously for a London firm practising mainly in legal aid, Eva has learned how to work with clients with complex mental health needs, victims of domestic abuse, and clients who are vulnerable and in need of a particular approach. Eva will always drive for favourable outcomes even when the case seems impossible; she strives for her clients to achieve the results they seek.
Eva studied law at the University of Law in London, achieving a 2.1. and is fluent in the Czech and Slovak languages.
