Eleanor was appointed as a Director in March 2024 and is the Director of Professional Development for KJ Smith Solicitors. As one of the leaders in the firm, Eleanor also heads up the Guildford office. Eleanor is passionate about finding and nurturing exceptional talent across the firm. Through her leadership, she also empowers colleagues to perform at their best and inspires confidence in what they can achieve – both personally and in the service they provide to their clients.
With a special focus on matters involving children, Eleanor’s thoughtful and conciliatory approach has guided her toward a successful mediation practice. Being fluent in French, Eleanor also brings an international perspective and cultural depth to the service that she provides.

Q: Who would be your dream dinner party guests?
A: Louis Theroux, Frida Kahlo, and Mozart. I value brilliance, the arts, creativity, and emotional intelligence. I would also be interested in the interplay (with Louis being the mediator)
