Beth Pettifer

Associate Solicitor

Beth Pettifier

Beth is an Associate Solicitor and Head of our Woodley and Henley offices. Beth deals with a broad range of Family Law cases, with a particular expertise in the financial aspect of divorce. She has represented clients in nuptial agreements, issues involving children, and various financial aspects of relationship breakdown.

Beth prefers to take a non-confrontational and constructive approach to cases, which suits the sensitive nature of the matters we deal with in family law. She’s firm but fair. Taking this tack means that her matters are resolved in practical ways, without escalating costs. Beth was listed in October 2024 as one of the Top Family Law solicitors in Reading.

Beth joined the firm in 2020 as a paralegal before undertaking her training and qualifying as a solicitor in 2022. In 2023, we recognized Beth’s skills in managing and motivating people and promoted her to an Emerging Leader and Team Supervisor in the Woodley office. Beth was promoted to Head of our Woodley and Henley offices in 2025.

In her spare time, Beth loves to explore the foodie scene in Woodley, checking out new restaurants or cooking up a storm at home.

Beth is based at our Woodley office.
