Bel is a trainee solicitor in our family law team in Basingstoke; she works closely alongside the partner and head of Basingstoke. Bel undertakes numerous tasks, including but not limited to preparing for court hearings, drafting letters, and consent orders for the solicitors in the team.
After completing her LLB Hons degree at the University of Surrey in 2022, she worked as a paralegal, gaining a wide breadth of experience at a firm before joining KJ Smith in January 2024.
Bel's approach with clients is woven with empathy and integrity. She enjoys conversing and getting to understand the client and their matter closely. She is passionate about finding the best possible solution for each of the clients she works with while ensuring she is empowering them with knowledge throughout.
