Sophie is a Solicitor in our Private Client team, based at our Beaconsfield office.
Sophie started her training in 2019. Having worked in family law since 2020 and qualifying as a Solicitor in 2021, Sophie joined KJSmith in March 2023 and has joined our Private Client team in December 2025. Sophie brings with her a strong background in supporting clients through sensitive and often complex personal situations. Her experience handling family matters has given her a calm, reassuring approach that translates seamlessly into private client work.
In the Private Client department, Sophie advises on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration, and Court of Protection matters. She supports clients with both straightforward and more complex estates, ensuring that families understand their options clearly at every stage. Sophie is known for her thorough drafting, her attention to detail, and her ability to explain technical issues in a way that is accessible and reassuring. Sophie brings strong analytical skills and a confident, measured approach to her private client caseload.
