Edward is an Associate Solicitor based at our Newbury office.
Edward read law at Reading University before undertaking the Legal Practice Course in Guildford. Edward has previously worked for a Legal 100 law firm and a Thames Valley boutique Family Law firm and deals with all aspects of family law, including matrimonial, children and cohabitation disputes.
He joined K J Smith in early 2019, based in our Basingstoke office before transferring to our Newbury office in 2020 to assist with its continued growth.
He is listed within The Law Society and is a member of Resolution, an organisation of family lawyers and other professionals committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes, and focuses on providing clear and understandable advice to his clients to help them achieve the best possible outcome.
Edward has a specialist interest and experience with Special Guardianship matters as well as a growing specialism in cohabitation matters and Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act disputes.
