Jason is a Partner and is based at our Henley-on-Thames office.
Before qualifying as a Solicitor, Jason read Psychology at Reading University and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Central England.
Jason advises and has extensive experience in all areas of family law, including in particular the resolution of middle and high net worth financial matters arising from the divorce of married individuals or the relationship breakdown of cohabiting individuals. In addition to his financial expertise, Jason also regularly advises in relation to private law children matters and has considerable expertise in handling matters that are highly complex in nature.
He is known for his expertise in handling highly complex and sensitive matters and works hard to achieve the best outcome for his clients at the earliest opportunity. His pragmatic and empathetic approach is greatly valued by both clients and professional colleagues.
Jason undertakes a great deal of his own advocacy both at County Court and High Court, regularly appearing against experienced counsel. He is a long standing member of the specialist family law practitioner’s organisation Resolution and is a Resolution accredited Collaborative Family Lawyer. Jason has specialised exclusively in family law for nearly 20 years, 10 years of which have been at Partner level.
