Legal Cashier, Credit Control & HR Admin Manager
Tiffany spent 15 years at a national law firm specialising in debt recovery and insolvency before joining the Operations Team at K J Smith Solicitors.
Tiffany works closely with our Lawyers in liaising with clients regarding costs, cost expectations and recovery. Although part of our Operations Team based at Woodley, she regularly visits our other offices to provide support and training to all our staff on credit control and compliance matters generally.
Tiffany assists with our day to day credit control and billing and works closely with our Compliance Manager, dealing with complaint management and our anti-money laundering obligations.

All our offices are easily accessible by road, rail or bus and we are open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm. With today's busy schedules, we offer telephone appointments outside normal office hours until 9pm on Thursdays and between 10am and 3pm on Saturdays.
