Senior Solicitor
Arabella is a Senior Solicitor and Head of our Winchester office. Arabella has worked exclusively in family law in both the City of London and the South of England and has dealt with complex financial issues between married and unmarried couples, in the UK and internationally, Children Act proceedings concerned with issues from contact for grandparents to international relocation, and has gained hands-on experience of teenagers and ‘blended families’ along the way.
Arabella also has broad life experience following a successful career in the global fashion industry in the US and Europe, followed by five years as a small business owner of a children’s café and an arts centre in North London.
Arabella is a committee member of Hampshire Resolution, a Collaborative lawyer, and an enthusiastic proponent of pursuing alternative dispute resolution solutions where possible.
She provides practical and pragmatic advice to clients going through emotional upheaval and uncertain financial circumstances, and combines a timely and value for money service with empathy and good humour.
