Natasha joined KJS in May 2025 and works as a Paralegal in our Guildford office. She supports the legal team with drafting, research, administrative tasks, and client communication to ensure a smooth experience for clients.
With a background that includes roles as a Probation Services Officer, Mental Health Paralegal, and Magistrate’s Court Usher, Natasha brings a broad skill set and valuable insight into the legal system. She holds an LLB degree from the University of East Anglia and has a particular passion for advocacy, having previously prosecuted breaches of probation orders in the Crown Court and volunteered with Inside Justice to help investigate potential miscarriages of justice.
Natasha is known for her calm, supportive approach and her ability to adapt quickly to new challenges. She values the collaborative and encouraging culture at K J Smith, where asking questions and sharing knowledge are always welcome.
She is also a trained mentor with MCR Pathways, offering support to young people in the local community.
