Lauren joined KJS as a Paralegal in the Private Client Team and is proud to be the first Paralegal in this growing area of the firm. Her day-to-day work is varied and rewarding, including attending client meetings, preparing legal documentation, and supporting solicitors with a wide range of matters.
She takes a calm and thoughtful approach to her work, helping clients navigate often sensitive and personal issues with care and clarity. Her focus is on making clients feel supported, informed, and at ease throughout their time with the firm.
Before joining KJS, Lauren studied law at the University of Southampton and gained initial experience as a Paralegal in employment law. She was drawn to private client work for its people-first nature and is enjoying the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues in the field.
She continues to develop her professional skills at KJS, particularly in areas such as communication, client service, and organisation, all of which are essential in delivering a consistently high level of support.
