Alison studied Law at Manchester University and completed her Legal Practice course at The Chester College of Law.
She qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and since then has specialised in Family Law. She became a Partner in a Hampshire law firm in 2000 and also qualified as a Family Mediator in the same year. For a long time she offered a mediation service in addition to her legal work but now devotes all of her time to her legal practice.
Alison has been an Advanced member of the Law Society’s Accreditation Scheme which recognised her detailed knowledge across a broad range of family law issues. Alison has considerable experience advising on mid to high-level financial disputes arising out of divorce or separation and provides advice concerning prenuptial agreements. She also assists clients regarding arrangements for children.
Alison is a member of Resolution and fully supports their Code of Practice promoting conciliation and a non-confrontational approach. Alison offers constructive and practical advice while always being mindful of the highly stressful situation of her clients.

All our offices are easily accessible by road, rail or bus and we are open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm. With today's busy schedules, we offer telephone appointments outside normal office hours until 9pm on Thursdays and between 10am and 3pm on Saturdays.
