Kate is a Senior Solicitor in our Guildford office.
She is a member of Resolution and an Accredited Specialist in children matters and complex financial cases where the income is high and assets substantial, both in the UK and internationally. She is also adept in dealing with circumstances where the parties are not married or where protective injunctions may be required as a result of domestic violence.
Kate brings with her a wealth of experience, having worked solely in family law since she qualified in 2006. She recognises that her clients seek her assistance at what is often a very difficult time and always puts their needs and emotional wellbeing, particularly those of the children, at the forefront of the case.
Kate upholds the Resolution ethos of settling cases, where possible, away from court in a cost-effective, constructive and timely manner, but is skilled in litigation if the circumstances require. She provides robust, clear and strategic advice to her clients to achieve the very best results for them.
Clients like Kate’s friendly, professional and dedicated approach to their cases and her supportive and sympathetic manner.
Kate writes articles and legal commentary for external publications and has appeared on several radio programmes discussing a variety of family law-related topics.
