Deputyship Applications
Where someone no longer has the mental capacity to enter into a lasting power of attorney (LPA), it may be necessary for someone else to be appointed to manage their property and affairs (a Deputy(ies)). However please note that the person or persons appointed do not have the power to make a decision on behalf of that person in relation to a matter which he, she or they believe that person has the capacity to make.
